Marriage 101

Last week, we wrapped up the lessons on what a Cornerstone is and how Christ should be our cornerstone in our lives and especially in our marriages. People are watching us to see if He really is our Cornerstone.

Oh, you will not want to miss this Sunday in The Cornerstone!

We are starting Marriage 101...appropriate for Valentine's Day, don't you think? It will be a great study for all of us, I know we will all learn a lot about our marriages.

Social in March...any ideas?

1st Sunday

WOW! That's the only word that I can think of to describe our very first class in The Cornerstone. We had an awesome turnout...I hope you all will come back next week!

If you know of someone who may benefit from our class, please invite them.

Today, we talked about the importance of having Jesus as the cornerstone of our marriage. Just because we are Christians, does not mean that we will not have trials in our lives, but if we have Jesus as the cornerstone, we WILL make it through those trials!

Next week, more about Cornerstones...

Coming soon...Marriage 101

Super Bowl!!!

It's that time of year....Super Bowl time!
Ashley and Ben Bolton are so excited to host our very first social as a Super Bowl party. We will have chili with all of the toppings and dessert. If you didn't sign up on Sunday, you can let me know here what you want to bring.

Our goal is to offer one social a month and if you can make it, great! If you can't then don't worry about it and you can catch us the next time around.

The next party/social will be on February 13th in the Forum. It will be with Project 648. The movie "Fireproof" will be shown and will be a Valentine night for couples from these two classes. If you don't already have plans for that night, plan on coming to this!

This class is set up for all young married couples, whether you are a newlywed, or just beginning your family. We would love to have you come give us a try.

The second week, we will be playing "Spin the Bottle"...you won't want to miss this!!!
